About me
I am a self taught home chef who has been blogging for nearly four years. I'd rather cook a meal at home than go out to eat, but when I do venture out, it's generally to Mike's Place and Fuji (at the sushi bar). I have some definite likes and dislikes, but luckily possess a fairly adventurous palate. If it smells good, looks appetizing and it's not moving, I’ll try it. If it tastes good, I’ll eat it and often try to copy the dish at home. I’ve had many successes and probably as many failures and I don’t mind sharing both experiences, hopefully interjecting a little humor. I have been cooking for family and friends since my late teens. I’ve prepared the food for many theme parties, birthdays, holidays, weddings, wedding rehearsal dinners and luncheons and mostly loved every minute of it.

Suzanne - September 15, 2010Hi Terri, I was looking for a beerock recipe to refresh my mind on how to do it and I came upon your blog.....love it!!! My Dad was Russian-German and beerocks were such a treat!! I grew up in Sanger & now live in Selma, just outside of Fresno. Just wanted you to know that I throughly enjoyed it! Gloria Frost1 reply
