About me

I am a 25 yr old southern lady, who, on top of that, comes from a hispanic background, growing up with mostly everything being deep fried and smootherd with something else probably not good for me, Haha! But, as of a May 2010, my sister, my best friend and the woman that means the very world to me, recently found out she has stage 3 renal disease. This was a very hard blow to me and my family, On top of that, she has many other health problems, and I started taking her illness very seriously, being that I can not digest the idea of her becoming further worse than now. Cooking a low potassium, phosphorus, and sodium diet with NO DAIRY has been really trying, and I am really looking forward to finding something that will help me overcome the same ol meal plan, and give her something that she will enjoy!
