I love cooking and decorating. I'm a rather late bloomer when it comes to cooking. After I retired and had time to cook I found I really enjoy it and am pretty good at it. Who knew? I'm always looking for new and delicious recipes to try out on my family and friends, who I love to cook for. I especially love cooking Italian food because, in addition to being delicious, it utilizes simple, fresh ingredients. I truly believe a recipe doesn't have to be difficult in order to be good.
