About me

I provide meal solutions for people who can't provide meals for themselves by creating menus, doing the shopping and cooking for people in their own homes. I give cooking lessons and talks about nutrition education. I go on shopping excursions to teach people about healthy foods and making correct choices, and I visit people's home visits to go through their pantry to show them where they can make healthier choices.
I am a certified Spinning teacher and have been teaching for 13 yrs.
