About me

I started cooking at about 9 years old. My aunt was my first teacher, I started out as a dish washer, taster bowel cleaner that was the best job. My family is from the south, so the soul came naturally. I went on to studying butchering, I cut meat profess finally for 30years. Became tired of it and went back to school and studied commercial cooking and I found something I enjoy just as much as I do making love. And truly love them both.
