hi amos, although i did not try out your recipes but i am still a fan of you. i just completed my talks at NUSS on TCM cooking and I also like to share my recipes with you here is one of them. DUCK TOWEL GOURD & BEAN CURD SOUP this ricipe is good for sinusitis the ingredients are 20gm blond magnolia flower 200gm towel gourd !/2 unit duck 150gm beancurd [toufu] & salt to taste Method: 1. cut towel gourd & bean curd into smaller pieces & put them in a pot. 2.add blond magnolia flower, duck & 3 bowls of water. cover pot &cook for 45 minutes, use salt as seasoning. in TCM blond magnolia flower is to clear the blockage ofmucus in the sinus cavities. hope to hear from you soon
