Pasquale, Would like you to join my group Italian Chefs. We all can chat about different foods and ways to prepare them. Like you, I have been influenced by mother and Italian relatives, all of whom were born in Italy. I prepare all types of foods, but my heart is in Italian foods, always using fresh goods. I love the way you reference the grandmothers and mothers ... you are not the first chef I've encountered here that has this deep appreciations. Growing up in my grandmother's home in Queens, naturally, that is the basis for most of my inspiration as well. All the best,
