- Opened to the public from Tuesday To Thrusday, We the up and coming Chefs that are in the hosptalitly courses at polytechnic are taught to prepare and cook the meals, lunches and dinners for the custormers. the Polytechnic has a high standard in their cooking skills and I am pleased to have contributed to this last years learning.I thank the lecturers, Julie Fery, Steve Ellwood, Mick, Svend Tolson, and David Gillispie.Thanks Chefs for the time and effort that you all spent helping and encouraging me to complete the course.

I'm finishing of my last year in a busy city called Dunedin, the South Island of New Zealand,
I'm a native of this land which we Maori's call Aotearoa, Land of the long lost cloud. Am doing
Hospitality Cookery Level 4 an hope to achieve my goal at the end of this year.
We are so lucky to have wonderful and helpful lecturers that are so into helping their students to attain the best in their classes. Will put on some recipes as soon as possible.
