October 9, 2012Hey I just got your message about trying the blackened seasoning on another type of fish...it pretty much is good on anything. Actually I have recently used the same mix on chicken breast and grilled them up...AWWWEEESSSSOME! Paired that with some cilantro rice and some roasted brussel sprouts with warm bacon dressing.
