About me

I'm a dietitian and food lover working to inspire people to cook, eat well, and explore flavors from around the world. I'm also a mother of 2 teenagers who are adventurous eaters and a wife to a wonderfully supportive man, all who inspire me to create yummy food. I'm also inspired by the Slow Food Movement and eating locally. My yellow lab, Romeo loves to watch me cook and is known as my sous chef.
