December 30, 2012Marcus, mixing for 20 minutes with the sugar "cooks" the eggs, and it will then set in the fridge.
January 9, 2012Hi. This may be a dumb question but in your Banana Split Pie Recipe, does the crust get baked since the mixture has raw eggs in it? Or does the 20 minutes of mixing sort of do that? Looks like a great recipe and thanks!
