About me

I am a "retired" RN/Management Engineer/Computer Stimulationist. I have my own business now and work when I want.

My grandmother and mother were wonderful cooks. No one could make a Crab Cake, a Fried Chicken, Sauerbraten or fresh coconut cake like my grandmother. My mom made bread, homemade cookies and the best soup in the world.

I have lived in Saudi Arabia for 3 months and have been fortunate enough to travel around the world. I love Mediterranean food, Thai cuisine, Italian food --
oh I just love most food! I've been cooking with more veggies since our trip in May to Egypt. Still looking for and finding new Greek and Egyptian recipes.

I have a DH, 2 daughters and 6 grandkids. When we all get together at my house to eat we have a minimum of 12 an then add in friends!
