Thank you very much for your message. I am very happy you liked my blog. I am actually new to blogging, but I have been cooking for a while :) I am a training manager, but I would like to train as a chef. I joined two days ago and I have been trying to link my blog to your site. I am going to post some of my recipes on cookeatshare. I am interested in Indian, Middle Eastern and Fusion cuisines and I always try to make the most of the ingredients I have and reinvent a great classic.
