About me

I worked my way up in the restaurant business until I reached the "chef" level, and found that I didn't enjoy the manic pace and pressure of the job. But, I love to cook, and I loved all that I learned. Now I manage diets for people in my family who need gluten free, sugar free and allergy free foods. It is challenging and wonderful.
