About me

A graduate from the culinary Academy of new york. Started in the food industry when i was 15, worked every aspect of the restaurant from dishwasher, busboy, to prep cook, porter to a line cook. I have worked for mom and pop deli's to New york and Zagat rated restaurants which in the latter i was a line cook.
I am currently an apprentice at a 2 star michlen here in NYC and eventually head out to europe and find an apprenticeship there.
