I'm trying to loose weight, I'm working out and trying to eat healthy. I'm one of those people who see something that looks good and smell good, I will try it. Well, it depends whats in it, because I can't eat any seafoods, and bananas dishes. I'm not into cooking, but I will try. I only cook foods like chicken, spaghetti, hamburgers and a lot of microwave foods. I need some tips on cooking healthy foods.
