About me

I learned alot about cooking from all the cooking shows on TV. I get alot of talent from my mother. But I will explore new ways and other ingredents in my dishes. I like to make the dishes my mother made when I was younger for my familey, but sometimes I add a little something to them just to make them mine. Bobby Flay gave me alot of insperation on the grill (charcoal). I love to grill.
