Knowledge IS Power. ......Love Learning.....In 2012 retired. Went to a nutritionist & discovered I'm allergic to wheat, gluten, dairy, casein, & night shade veggies. Bought a Breville Juicer & started juicing. Vegetable juicing is yummy and so refreshing to your system. I'm a CIA Chef from the 80's. Want to learn how to convert my "Pastry" recipes to the ancient grass, grain, & bean flours. does anyone know of baking classes using the above flours? I also.... Love Rock n' Roll music, musicians & other genres of music.
