Hi! My name is Brenda. I have had CHF for many years. I have been watching sodium for just as long. This past March, I had two valves replaced and since then, I have had to watch my sodium intake even closer! It has been a challenge for me, and now I have to lower my sodium intake even more! No cheating for me! LOL. I am hoping to find great tasting recipes and maybe a friend or two who understands this situation! Thanks in advance!
