Spring is trying real hard here, I am looking forward to grilling so come on sunshine!
About me
I am gluten free! A few years back I found out and thought my baking was over. HA was I ever wrong. I think I'm a better cook now as I have to work harder at it and has made me more creative.
Baking-Cooking-Gardening-Family-BBQ's-Friends-it all comes back to the table.
Cooking Influences
My Grandma was THE influence for me. She taught me to eat, to cook, to bake, to grow, to harvest and to put by. She was the ultimate Grandma and a wonderful home cook.
She could follow a recipe and make wonderful baked goods but she could turn out the best dinners without following a recipe. I like to think I've taken after her. My food isn't fancy really, its down-home and darn good.

Thanks! Sarah- May 7, 2011Oh I didn't see your question at first (I am hyper too and read over things). Try one of the bundt cakes, the banana one you can make a few different ways - change things ups the way you like, add nuts, don't add nuts, add chocolate, don't add chocolate. You get it!
