About me

Trained as a Chef at Glasgow College of Food and Technology a long time ago worked in catering for years went to Switzerland for three years worked as Cook/Manager at
International Scout Centre in Switzerland, Did a stint in London as reception manager before moving back to Glasgow in late ninties. Did some community work teaching various groups how to cook from scratch on a budget. Currently working for NHS as part of the Public Health Team part of my role involves teaching young girls who have become mothers how to cook. and how to wean their babies on homemade food. Have also taught "Cooking for Entertainment" at local College Adult evening Leisure classes. I also have an allotment which seems to take up more and more of my time. Hoping to set up my own part time business in the future giving cooking lessons and am currently selling some cupcakes and making novelty cakes. Any ideas for a business name would be appreciated
