Happily cook cook ... I can not imagine my future without stoves, knives, slicers, and so on .. I believe I have chosen my path but this path has chosen me. I love what I do up to capacity.
When someone asks me: "but what is your favorite food?" I can not answer, because for me there is a particularly favorite dish, are all the same .. is like a father to choose between two children .. impossible!
My dishes are the result of mental work, but also and especially of so many emotions. One dish that I created in a certain moment I can not recreate (do not confuse "recreate" with "play") in another, because in that moment I had that feeling, I was, as they say, "inspired". The emotions of that particular moment, I said, with the complicity of my knowledge, "the recipe". Through a dish I can get myself to reveal my flaws (many) advantages (little) but I ...
Once told me: "I felt that giving a morsel to his plate had tasted a little of his soul." Since then I always tell my guests that "I taste a dish is like a little taste of my soul" ... is a wonderful thing, that no other artwork / creative permits.
Many other creative arts are watching, listening ... but none penetrates you like food. Merely because it eats, so you have physical contact, you enter the intimacy between the person who creates it and taste it. It mixes with his body to become one with him ... and through this process I hope to give my clients my soul ... Today I am a happy man, my work has given me so much and hope it continues to give more and more. I did and I took her around the world, gave me the opportunity to learn techniques and methods of cooking fantastic, I had incredidili social relationships, I met people of all types. Each of them has left me so much, taught me a lot. With my boys, whether or capipartita COMIS, always establishes a close relationship, because I know that they must be driven by my own motivations. This makes them not just performers but EMPLOYEES. Recipes are studied together. I listen to them much, because I want to understand what they have inside their hearts, what they can get a plate .... and have incentives to work to their full potential .....

Andrea comes to "Ready Steady Cook", Rai 1, September 2009. He immediately made love on television, earning acclaim.
