  1. Preparation:
  2. - Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. - Finely blend the graham crackers in a mixer or food processor.
  4. - Take the crushed graham crackers in a mixing bowl and add sugar to them.
  5. - Mix well and pour in the melted butter.
  6. - Use a wooden spatula to mix everything together to get a crumbly mix.
  7. - Line the crumbs on the base and edges of a 13 x 9 inch glass dish.
  8. - Lightly press along the edges to achieve an even thickness.
  9. - Bake the lined dish in the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
  10. - Remove from the oven and cool.
  11. To prepare the filling:
  12. - In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar and whip up till fluffy.
  13. - Add the vanilla and milk to the mix and whip some more to mix everything.
  14. - Slice the ripe bananas in 1/4 inch thick discs.
  15. - Finely slice the fresh strawberries.
  16. - Drain the pineapple and crush them coarsely.
  17. - Fill the prepared filling in the baked crust.
  18. - Refrigerate the filling for an hour.
  19. - Top with crushed pineapples.
  20. - Decorate the top with sliced round bananas.
  21. - Add the sliced strawberries.
  22. To prepare the cream topping:
  23. - In a bowl, whip the whipping cream to get soft peaks.
  24. - Add the confectioner's sugar and beat to get hard peaks.
  25. - Top the fruits with the whipped cream and cover on all sides.
  26. - Liberally sprinkle the chopped walnuts on the top.
  27. - Chill in the fridge for about 4-5 hours before serving.
  28. - Sliced strawberries can be replaced with strawberry glaze.
