Yogurt Apple Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups complete buttermilk pancake mix
  • (I used Aunt Jemima)
  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 1/2-1 cup water
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • Strain yogurt, following the directions here~
  • Remove apples from pie filling
  • Dice apples
  • Measure diced apples to make 1/2 cup
  • In a medium bowl
  • Stir together pancake mix, yogurt, cinnamon, apples and water.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water at a time,
  • Ladle a 1/4 cup of the batter onto hot griddle
