  • 3 tablespoons yellow curry sauce (we like Trader Joe's)
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 pound green beans, chopped
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2-3 leaves basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
