Directions

  1. Heat lowfat milk, sugar and butter till butter and sugar are dissolved. Sift together 3 c. flour, salt, baking pwdr, and soda. Add in dry yeast. Add in to warm lowfat milk mix. Beat all together well. Then add in rest of flour and mix well. Chill dough overnight in well greased bowl. Roll dough while you divide in half. Brush with melted butter. Cut in size desired. Fold over half. Let rise till double, about 2 hours. after placed in pan.Bake at 450°F for 12 to 14 min.
