Ingredients
- 1 c. scalded lukewarm lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions
- Put together lowfat milk and yeast and let stand to soften. Add in rest of ingredients. Knead till smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides. Cover and let rise till double in bulk. Roll dough, spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut into rolls. Cover and let rise again till double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min, or possibly till done.
