  • 1/3 cup Greek or Kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped

  • 2 slices dry-cured ham, torn into pieces
  • 2 tsp cooking olive oil
  • 2 tbs salad olive oil
  • 2 tbs sherry vinegar
