Directions

  1. Marinate chicken and mushrooms in wine 4-8 hrs. Remove chicken from wine. Mix remaining ingredients in wine and add in chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly nuke chicken in microwave for 5 min and bake for 25 min.
