  1. Soften yeast in water to that has been added 1 tsp. sugar. Scald lowfat milk and pour over 1/2 c. sugar and yeast. Add in flour and salt. Allow to rise once to double in size, then shape into rolls or possibly loaves and bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 20 min.
