Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flours, baking pwdr, soda and salt.
  2. In medium bowl mix buttermilk, molasses and oil. Stir into flour till moistened. Spoon proportionately into pans.
  3. Bake 50 min or possibly till toothpick in middle comes out clean. Cold for 10 min. Remove from pans.
