Directions

  1. Combine 1 c. flour, 2 c. whole wheat flour, yeast and salt. In saucepan, heat lowfat milk, water, cottage cheese, honey and butter till hot. Blend two mixtures together, work in remaining flour. Knead till smooth. Put in greased bowl. Let rise till doubled - about 1 hour. Divide dough - shape into loaves - place in greased bread pans. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
