Ingredients

  • 3 Packages dry yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. very hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 6 tbsp. oil
  • 6 c. flour (all whole wheat or possibly 3 c. wheat and 3 c. white flour)

Directions

  1. Mix well. Knead well, working in as much as 1/2 c. additional flour, if needed. Let sit, covered, till doubled. Divide; pat down and place in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 min.
