Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1/3 c. melted butter or possibly oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Blend bananas, butter, honey, Large eggs and water in blender. Add in to dry ingredients and bake in greased loaf pan for 55 to 60 min at 325 degrees. Cold on wire rack.
