Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously.
- Chill. Serve over crisp salad greens.
- Makes 3/4 c.. NOTE: Using various flavored vinegars and oils with yield interesting flavors.
