Simple white fried vermicelli.
Ingredients
- 1 packet noodles soaked approximately 1 hour
- 100 grams of chicken meat
- 100 grams of fresh shrimp
- 100 grams of fresh squid
- 1 teaspoon black pepper seed, coarsely ground
- 1 onion, blended
- 1 garlic, blended
- 2 cm ginger, blended
- 3 stalks green chilies, blended
- 50 grams of blended dried shrimp
- 1 tomato, cut cubed
- 4 cm of small carrots cut lengthwise every 2 cm
- Cabbage, cut finely
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon plum sauce
- Salt
- Sugar
- Olive oil
- for garnishing
- 2 pieces of tofu cut cubed and fried
- Parsley
- Fried onions
Directions
- 1. Soak the noodles to soften it for 1 hour.
- 2. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Sauté blended ingredients.
- 3. Once fragrant add carrot.
- 4. Put all the sauces and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Add chicken meat and stir until cooked. Add prawns and squid.
- 6. After all has been well mix, add the tossed noodles. Sprinkled coarsely ground black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- 7. Put the cabbage and stir until slightly wilted and add cubed tomatoes.
- 8. After all well mix and cooked, serve in the dish and garnish with spring soup, fried tofu and fried onions.
