Rather than use the skim milk I had, I used sour cream and the result was pleasantly dense and super moist--I also added sprinkles and made cupcakes rather than a cake and the kids I made them for said they were the best ever--I'm assuming they were comparing the cupcakes to fun-fetti cupcakes. Thanks for the recipe and very straight forward directions!
