Ingredients
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar or possibly muscatel wine
- 4 tbsp butter
- Healthy pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp freshly minced parsley
Directions
- In a small saucepan, boiled down shallots in vinegar or possibly muscatel wine. Continue cooking over low heat stirring occasionally 15 min.Allow to cool. Stir in parsley.
- Whisk in some room temperature butter, stirring over low heat. Add in salt, vinegar or possibly muscatel.
- Simmer five min.
- Serve with fish.
