Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. wheat germ
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 5 tbsp. cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Maple syrup or possibly honey
Directions
- Put Large eggs, cheese, wheat germ, and vanilla into an electric blender and blend 30 seconds. Heat the butter in a 10-inch heavy skillet. Pour in the egg mix and cook over medium heat till browned on the bottom; turn and brown on the other side. Serve with syrup or possibly honey.
