Hi guys! Hope you had a fantastic and hopefully a long Labor Day weekend? I surely did. This was a truly great summer for us and I enjoyed every moment of it. Now I’m looking forward to crisp weather, pumpkins and oversize sweaters. I figured instead of talking about my regular eats today, I’m going to share what I ate and drank over Labor Day. After all it involved a dessert, a few mimosas and a heirloom tomato pie. Saturday I stopped at one of my favorite bakeries and picked up a Pineapple Tres Leches cake. Although my cravings were satisfied with a very tiny piece the rest didn’t go to waste because I live with a cake loving 5 year old. I wonder what…
