Western Style Pork Steak

Ingredients

4 pound steaks
3/4 to 1 c. Richelieu Western Dressing

Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. shortening

Directions

Brown steaks in warm oil on both sides. Season. Place steaks on foil covered baking sheet. Brush both sides with salad dressing. Fold foil loosely over top of steaks. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
