Ingredients
- 2 ounce. blue cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- Dash onion salt
- Dash garlic salt
- Dash pepper
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Directions
- In a pint size, screw top jar, combine blue cheese and lowfat sour cream. Stir in lowfat milk, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well. Add in vinegar. Cover jar and shake well. Chill. Makes 1 1/3 c. salad dressing.
