Ingredients
- 1 (46 ounce.) can tomato juice
- 4 c. water
- 6 teaspoon or possibly cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 head shredded cabbage
- 3 zucchini sliced
- 1 can undrained mushrooms
- Minced celery & cauliflower to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 or possibly 2 dashes Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine juice, bouillon, seasonings and water. Mix. Add in vegetables; simmer 1 hour.
