This salsa is perfect during hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups of chopped watermelon
- 1/2 Cup diced cucumber
- 2 chopped hot jalapenos
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
