Ingredients
- 2 sm. apples, cored & minced (1 1/3 c.)
- 2 sm. pears, cored & minced (1 1/2 c.)
- 1 sm. banana
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced (2 med. stalks)
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 12 walnut halves, minced (rounded 1/3 c.)
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well. Cover and chill about 2 hrs. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 c. each.
