Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 T sugar
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions
- Beat large eggs; add in lowfat milk. Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr and sugar into liquid. Mix well till free from lumps. Add in oil and mix well. Pour into waffle iron and cook to a light golden.
