Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 3 T cocoa
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 6 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 stick butter
- 2 T cocoa
- 2 T vanilla
- 1/2 box confectionery sugar
- Sufficient lowfat milk to make it moist
Directions
- Mix all together. Flour first. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Mix all together in bowl. Spread over cake as soon as it comes from oven. Eat while warm.
