パルメザンチーズ、スライス 〜30g
ロケット
Vincottoソースかバルサミコ酢
オリーブオイル 適量
塩 適量
黒コショウ 適量

Directions

  1. 牛肉を軽くソテーし、スライスする。
  2. バルサミコ酢（もしくは、Vincottoソース）をふりかけ、パルメザンチーズ、ロケット、オリーブオイルを添える。
