Ingredients

  • 2 c. (1 pkg.) broccoli
  • 2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 c. minced carrots
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • Garlic

Directions

  1. Place above ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 min. Let cold. Puree. Return to pot and blend in 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. lowfat milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat.
