Ingredients
- 2 lbs. venison (may use extra lean grnd beef)
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (1 pound 12 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 can (6 ounce.) tomato paste
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon dry crushed oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dry crushed thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. minced mushrooms
Directions
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs (or possibly high 5-6 ours). Throw away bay leaf. Serve over cooked spaghetti or possibly noodles and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
